We will collect keys from the landlord/agent in order to access the property, these will be returned immediately upon completion of the viewing. Each viewing should be limited to a maximum of 8 attendees.  Those viewing a property will be chaperoned at all times and not left unattended.  We will provide viewers with information about the property (provided by the landlord/agent) and details of how to apply.
